Once in a blue moon I have to do unusual graphics for Inside Edition. The difference between me and a more professional after effects artist is I usually only get about 30 minutes to an hour to do a project, usually from complete scratch, with a basic, no-plugins version of after effects. 45 minutes of this was creating the background in photoshop, of which we did not have horizontal video, only vertical cell phone video. That did not have to be super good quality because again I only have a very short amount of time to make these kinds of things. So that was the bulk of this problem. After that, a quick effect later and googling star trek sound effects and it was done.
