Splash Mountain is widely regarded as one of the best Disney attractions in the world. There's s a version of Splash Mountain at Disneyland, Magic Kingdom and Tokyo Disneyland.

The Splash Mountain ride is based on the songs and stories of a banned Disney film called "Song of the South".

The Disneyland version of the Splash Mountain Soundtrack has a unique audio featuring big band/jazz influence to tie it to nearby New Orleans area of the park.

The Disneyland version features four songs from Songs of the South, "How do you do?", "Ev'rybody Has a Laughing Place", "Burrow's Lament" and the rides signature song "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah".
