EPIC Vietnamese Lobster Pho Soup in Brooklyn, New york! Best Pho I've had in New York so far...

In this episode we take a road trip to Brooklyn, New York City in the Dyker Heights neighborhood to try out Pho 60 located 1001 60th st. Brooklyn, NY. This episode was inspired by friend/ Youtuber @Hella Chluy who posted this Lobster Pho on his instagram the day prior. Not only did it looked great but he also rate this Lobster Pho a 10 out of 10. So just like a foodie I had to see for myself. Upon arrival they have tents for outside seating and once you order the lobster, they send out a driver to pick up a fresh lobster by the nearby market. After being patient the lobster pho came out pipping out fogging up the tent. A beauty to behold once it finally arrives at your table. Not only is there steak in this pho bowl but they also crack the lobster claw, lobster tail and body for you to make it an enjoyable experience. But it comes down to how good the broth was and I was really impressed on how flavorful the pho broth is. Caramlized onions gave this broth a beautiful depth to the broth. The lobster itself was tender, juicy as expected. One of the best Pho i've had in my limited time in New York! An easy recommendation to anyone who loves Pho and wants to try anything new!
