This is a parkour tutorial on how to do a lache also know as how to swing from one bar to another. I believe many people have seen this move in assassins creed and that is why they ask for it so much. It is one of my favorite moves and can lead to many other combinations. Please keep in mind there are many paths that you can take to reach the same destination. I am not a gymnist and do not have "proper" technique in any way... In these parkour and freerunning tutorials I will be breaking down the movement the way I know how.
