» WATER

» BREAKFAST
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup cashew milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp organic matcha powder
1 tbsp honey
handful spinach

1 piece of silver hills organic sprouted power soft wheat toast
miyoko's creamery double cream chive dairy free cream cheese
cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, himalayan pink salt

1/2 cup kite hill unsweetened almond milk yogurt
some honey, some bluebes, some raspberries

» COFFEE
califia farms unsweetened pure black cold brew coffee
silk caramel almond creamer over some ice

» LUNCH
romaine
kale
3 gardein crispy tenders

chickpea croutons:
olive oil, himalayan pink salt, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder
➵ into the oven at 375 for 25 mins

caesar dressing:
1/2 cup soaked raw cashews
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp capers
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon worcestershire
1/4 cup water
salt + pepper

some snap peas, some blubes, some raspberries, a mandarin orange and a cup of suja mighty greens cold pressed juice on the side

» SNACK
a bowl of boom chika pop sea salt popcorn
1 pack of trader joe's wasabi roasted seaweed

» DINNER
beyond meat beast burgers
field roast creamy original chao slices
whole wheat bun
mustard, just garlic mayo, ketchup, pickles, tomato, red onion
caesar salad and some sweet potato fries with garlic mayo sriracha dipping sauce

» DESSERT
1 apple sliced
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
crumble: 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp almond flour, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp rolled oats
➵ into the oven at 375 for 20 mins
topped with a tsp of coco whip
