Wolkberg Nature Reserve

Come join us and experience some of the most breath-taking scenery that Limpopo offers. A 4-day self-catering camping and 4x4 trail, that takes us over the Wolkberg Mountain, up the Orrie Baragwanath pass crossing the Mothalpitsi River.

Day 1- Drive to our first shaded and grass, overnight camp spot in the Wolkberg Nature Reserve. There is a single male/female shower and flush toilet (donkey heated)

Day 2- We drive along the banks of the Mothalpitsi River, crossing the stream a few times, through a special route, not seen by many to some of the most beautiful areas seen.

We end up at a “wild camp site” no facilities.

Tony Yeo is East Rand 4x4 Training and Tours
Tony's career in the motor industry spans more than 35 years. He has overcome many challenges on his journey, but he soldiers on, all the while sharing his extensive knowledge through his training and tours.

Motoring has always been in his blood, from his school days with his 'petrol-head' mates, to an apprenticeship, to selling trucks at Mercedes, to technical training and regional service manager at Land Rover, to developing and running a Land Rover Experience in South Africa, to today - with some off-road racing and motorcycling (on and off-road) thrown in for good measure.

His experience has not been limited only to the confines of our borders. He has been involved in off-road across Africa (including a trip to Ngorogoro Crater), England, America and Malaysia.

A change of pace saw him installing granite in numerous kitchens, bathrooms and businesses in Port Elizabeth, before returning to Gauteng and joining Toyota East Rand where he provided after-sales service for their 4x4 clients.

Tony, like many others, has been affected by COVID-19 in 2020, and is facing many changes. But change often brings new challenges and so began this new chapter...
