How to Ink Blend Over BRAND NEW Deco Foil Metallix Gel

Check out the BRAND NEW Deco Foil Metallix Gel! It is available in 6 beautiful metallic colors, goes on buttery smooth, dries quickly and adds both texture and stunning metallic shine! One of my favorite ways to use it is to use the White Pearl over a stencil on white cardstock and then when dry to ink over it!
