How I Keep My House Clean with Chronic Illness | Hashimotos | POTS | Fibromyalgia | CFS

Hello Friends! It's Aimee Esther here! I am a stay at home mama to a sweet baby girl, and wife to an amazing husband. I also have several chronic illnesses (see below). I am passionate about sharing my story to help those suffering like I do. I have a degree in health education and I am certified in nutrition, chronic disease, and health promotion.

Today I have a special clean with me to share with you my daily cleaning routine. This is how I keep my home clean while living with several chronic illnesses. I am able to keep a fairly clean home while living with chronic fatigue, pain and illness. I think keeping a cleaning routine each week is essential to keeping a clean home.
