Making a V-Carved "Tim Hortons" 3-colours cutting board with hobby CNC (v2)

I love my CNC, I love coffee. So I made myself a 3 (overlapping) colours end-grain cutting board with a "Tim Hortons" inlay. I mostly concentrate on the carving part: design, bits, depths, speeds, ... I've put all the details so it's a bit long.

I've tried to explain through a drawing the start depths and flat depths for both the pocket (female) and the plug (male) inlays. Let' me know if it's not clear. :)

For this board, I use 3 woods: iroko (for the base), oak and padauk.

My CNC is a Euro-Makers Aureus 3X, similar to an X-Carve or a Shapeoko: https://euro-makers.com/fr/381-cnc-aureus-3x

Software used is Vectric V-Carve Desktop: https://www.vectric.com/products/vcarve-desktop
