Lemon rosemary cornish hens

Wonderful dinner for a family :) I'll give you all the steps necessary to make these great hens! Full of flavor from the brine, lemon and rosemary! Don't forget that crispy skin!

** Brining is optional, but over all helps with flavor inside the meat. (If you don't brine the hens will take about a hour to an hour and 15 minutes to bake a 375 degrees.) **
