I don't mind if my brain is on autopilot until it helps me get where I want to go. 😊

But what if I think, feel and do things I don't want to or take me further away from my desired outcomes?
I switch off the autopilot and increase my awareness to make the right choices and decisions.

How do I do that?
I practise Qigong. This moving meditation (and internal energy workout) helps harmonise my body and mind with slow breathing.
