Guardian Tales SWITCH CROSSPLAY: Why it won't happen?

Guardian Tales Switch version won't offer any crossplay since Kakao games, the publisher of the mobile version, is not involved. What do you think of this news? Do you think it is a miss, or better to let Switch users start the game without facing 2 years old players in PvP? 😂
