Una historia de amor llena de enredos y relaciones complicadas entre Jin Yan la valiente e inocente hija del general Wen, la cual ingresa al palacio para salvar a su medio hermana Wen Su Yu, pero por error provoca al Príncipe soberano el cual está rodeado de enemigos, por lo que termina sospechando que puede ser una espía.
La relación ya tensa de los Príncipes empeora por estas chicas y Wen Su Yu termina casándose en lugar de su hermana menor.
De esa reunión inicial que surgió por accidente nacerá el amor a medida que trabajan juntos por el país y su gente.
