Get a glimpse into the Franck Areal in Ludwigsburg that is being opened for the public for the first time during NEULAND Festival. Students of the Academy of Performing Arts Baden-Wuerttemberg and Filmakademie’s Animationsinstitut worked together on the project Nomadic Research to create experiences for the public to explore during the festival.

Nomadic Research is an intercurricular, transdisciplinary project of the Academy of Performing Arts Baden-Wuerttemberg (Directing, Dramaturgy, Acting) in collaboration with Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg and its Animationsinstitut (Interactive Media, Motion Design), developed for NEULAND, a joint project of the City of Ludwigsburg and the Wüstenrot Foundation.

The Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg, with its Animationsinstitut and the postgraduate masterclass Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris, is one of the internationally most acclaimed film and media schools. On a unique campus including the neighbouring Academy of Performing Arts, the 500 students receive an interdisciplinary, highly practical education close to the film and media market by the hands of over 300 freelance teachers directly from the industry.
