IS38 GLI with Stage3 TVS DSG tune vs APR DSG

This is not to bash. I'm simply showing that my car did not need new clutches like I was told 17times lol. The APR Tune was simply not adequately suited for the amount of torque & performance my car has. I want to thank Frank Mabo @mabotech_tuning for suggesting and installing a product that works as advertised. We studied my dyno sheet and set up my SportMode shift points per gear, individually, to ride in the optimal powerband.
Each gear starting 200rpm prior to where my car made max TQ for 420. At the same point my car makes 350whp & rising and shifts to the next gear at the RPM where the made 350whp and dropping. So basically.... in sport stay making between 350whp to 400whp (Dynocom Numbers)
When presented with the opportunity, go with a tuner who's best interest is your needs specifically when selling a tune, not the entire market. @goapr will get my upgraded clutchpack money either way 😂, Because I'll always support superior products.
