Yamaha R7 - Titan GP2 Final Fitment & Tail Tidy Install - Kawasaki ZX-25R Screaming 17,000 RPM Sound

Just a short video of the final tweaks for the twin GP2 exhaust for the R7, left side link pipe has been adjusted so it fits perfectly.
The length has also been adjusted to fit all R7s with or without tail tidy and allows use of pillion pegs, it’s still the same length as before but the link pipe has been design to curve a little more around the swingarm area, so despite the exhaust being a little shorter, it’s actually the same.

Then finally the high flow right exhaust has been adjusted to be higher and match the same angle as the other side exhaust, looks perfect now.

The right exhaust link pipe has also been adjusted and clears my US12 feet size easily.
Everything has been designed to be perfect in fit and finish, it just bolts on and works, no CEL, less weight, amazing sound, crisp throttle response, and more power from idle to redline even without a remap. (Dyno video on stock ecu this week)

Now my personal prototype (which has had many revisions!) is steel and uses generic headers, production model will have better headers and as such will actually perform better with an even better fit on the Y pipe compared to mine.

Production GP2 models are now being made, Prices:
Full titanium for $949
Stainless steel for $699.
Carbon end cans can be optioned for an extra $50 on the steel model and switching to them on the titanium system reduces price to $899.

There will be a GP1 model which is the same but with just the right side exhaust with larger diameter pipework for a cheaper price, similar peak power and less weight.

Final price not set but I estimate GP1 model in steel for $449, with carbon can additional $25 and full titanium system $649 or titanium with carbon cans for $599.

All metal is imported from Japan and handmade here in Thailand by a master welder, they are a direct fit for the R7 and come with all require accessories and optional DB reducer.
