In todays video i will be exploring the beautiful region of north-eastern italy, mainly in the friulia-venezia-giulia region of north-eastern italy. I travel from manarola on the ligurian coast of italy to venice on the adriatic coast in the east. Once i get to venice i travel to pordenone to see the place where my grandfather and his family came from. I explore the beautiful city and province of pordenone, and then after i drive through the friulian countryside to the beautiful village of barcis. In the village of barcis is the famous turquoise lake known as lake barcis. The region of friuli and north eastern italy is beautiful and i am extremely glad i made the trip out to pordenone and barcis. In next weeks video will explore the actual city of venice.
