How to Make Pumpkin Purée - How to Cook Pumpkin

Time to cook our Pumpkins from the Vegetable Garden. This can be used in any recipe call for pumpkin, and is much better than any store bought canned pumpkin. The is very simple, but takes a little time to roasted the pumpkin, which I believe is the best way to cook pumpkin.
