Ep. 24. Babylon: The Bible's Best (and Worst) Prophecy?

Not all Bible prophecies are vague and unverifiable. One or two prophecies, such as Jeremiah's prophecy about Babylon, are specific and can be checked ex post using independent historic sources. That's the good news for Bible enthusiasts.

The bad news is that all such prophecies have never come to pass. This video shows how Jeremiah's prophecy about Babylon failed to come to pass in four distinct ways. In this sense it is probably the best and worst of all Bible prophecies.
