Bulgarian Markets Never Disappoint & ALWAYS have Treats I Can't Resist

I love the local Bulgarian market with the sellers coming from the rural farms, and if I could eat more, I'd go every week. In reality I'll probably only visit the market every other week or even every 3rd week. This heat has completely taken my appetite away and I mostly just drink tea and juiced cucumber, celery and carrot juice with fruit through the day and salad when I feel slightly peckish.
