In this session, IIPP Policy Fellow Katie Kedward moderates a discussion on this topic between IIPP founding director Prof. Mariana Mazzucato and public banking sectors experts- Shiva Dustdar (Head of Division at the European Investment Bank’s Innovation Finance Advisory), Dan Adler (Senior Advisor for Climate Finance at the Californian Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank -IBank) and Jill Earthy (CEO INBc Investment Corp, British Columbia).
