Moringa has been used for centuries due to its medicinal properties and health benefits because it is a good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals. And you can use the entire plant- the leaves, seeds, and root. 

Some of its benefits are: 
- Lowers blood sugar level and cholesterol
- reduces inflammation·
- Nourishes your skin and hair
- Improves brain health
- Improved digestive health
- it helps to detoxify the body of heavy metal and toxins
- And it helps bone health- for example, it helps to heal injury - especially for people who work out - Can help athletes to recover faster and train harder while increasing overall well-being.

I'm very happy that I can take the capsules instead of eating the seeds. Over the years I’ve tried multiple brands, but this is my first time trying this one. Based on their website these Capsules are made from the leaves and are packed with all the essential nutrients required to maintain good health.
They mentioned that on a pound-for-pound basis, Moringa leaves’ extract contains;
7 times the vitamin C of oranges
🥕4 times the vitamin A of carrots
🥛4 times the calcium of milk
3 times the potassium of bananas & essential minerals like zinc & iron.
2 times the protein of yogurt 

I’ve used this brand for a few weeks now and I love the fact the capsules are not big so they are easy to take. I take it twice per day, 1 pill in the morning, and 1 in the afternoon. It boosts my energy level soI would advise you to not take it close to bedtime. Also, I suggest that you stick to the recommended dosage because if you take too much it will have a laxative effect, and depending on where you are at the moment that might not be a good thing for you. I should add a disclaimer though-Bear in mind that supplements are not compulsory if you’re able to eat a healthy balanced diet- and even if you take supplements you should always try to eat healthily and exercise when you can.
