How I Upgraded the RAM on my Cheap HP Pavilion x360 14m.

So I decided to upgrade the RAM memory on my HP Pavilion x360 14m-cd0001dx from 8Gb to 16Gb. I had already upgraded my hard drive from the factory-installed 500Gb HDD at 5400rpm to a Kingston 480Gb SSD and the difference was incredible.

All and all I believe that these 2 upgrades to a $450 laptop were well worth the price since both increased the performance of the computer significantly.

Remember to check which RAM module is already installed on your computer since the HP Pavilion x360 14m comes with different specs depending on the serial number and also remember that doing any modification to your PC will void the warranty, so I would wait until the warranty expires to do the RAM upgrade.
