A real clinical case discussion about Bell’s Palsy (Idiopathic Facial Nerve Palsy) to educate the patients suffering from the disease and medical students who are studying for their exams (USMLE & NCLEX). As usual, I start with the symptoms and signs, describe the basis (pathophysiology) of the disease, talk about the causes and finally explain the investigations and treatment options.
