Miko Grimes: Blasting the NFL on Radio & Getting Fired For not Being a Puppet

Miko Grimes has made a name for herself in the sports world with her outspoken nature, and she admitted to VladTV that it has hindered her career in broadcasting. However, Miko said that she's proud that she's not a puppet in the industry and she speaks her mind on things that she cares about.

During the conversation, Miko also spoke about growing up in Oakland and her tumultuous relationship with her mother, which still hasn't been repaired. Miko explained that she has tried to mend the relationship with her mom over the years, but she doesn't feel like her mom treats her in a motherly way. She also touched on moving out of her mom's house as a teenager to go live with her uncle after her stepfather assaulted her and her mother didn't do anything to defend her.
