About the program:

 Traditional diet plans usually focus on calorie intake and try to educate people about regular exercise and what supplements to take. But these weight loss programs are only saying what we should be doing and they rarely focus on changing our long term behavior.

 One of the methods to change our long term behavior can be found in the ancient wisdom traditions where a healthy body is given equal importance as a healthy mind. For example the practise of yoga that has gained such worldwide recognition is traditionally done to prepare the body for meditation.
 
About the practise:

Mantra Meditation:

  Mantra meditation is the constant repetition of a word syllable. In this method the practitioner has to visualize his intentions and repeat the words repeatedly. You can chant the words or repeat the words inwardly in silence. We have found that this practise is exteremly helpful in solidifying our intentions. So right before we unconsciously reach out for that tasty cake we are reminded of our goals.

Here are some useful mantras to get you started.
I will eat only healthy food.
I am what I eat.
I am going to loos weight.
I am going to get healthier everyday.
I love nutritious and healthy food.

 Try to remember that we become whatever we think we are.
