Select the column or cells where you want to apply the dropdown menu. Then go to the data tab. In this section go and click on data validation. A small window is opened. Here in the Allow section select the list option. In the data section leave as is. And finally in the Source section write the options you want to use separated by a comma then click OK and that's it!

As you can see now, with just one click the dropdown menu is ready with the options you just set up.
