Day 7 Update: First Microgreens Trays Almost Ready to Harvest 🌱

It's been 7 days since we seeded all seven microgreen trays and three of them are nearly ready for harvesting 🌱

These are the trays that will be harvest ready first:
🌱 Purple Sprouting Broccoli
🌱 Snowball Y Improved Cauliflower
🌱 Lacinato Kale

Meanwhile, these four trays will need a couple more days until they're harvest ready:
