Bus driver in deadly I-95 crash faces judge as prosecutors build case

The bus driver charged in the deadly I-95 Stafford County crash is due in court today.

Prosecutors are gathering new evidence, including traffic camera footage, as they build their case against Jing Dong, who faces five counts of involuntary manslaughter.
