A Tribute to Koko

I never had the privilege of meeting Koko, but I truly loved her. I've been a member of the Gorilla Foundation for years and am crushed to learn of Koko's passing. My heart aches for Penny, who dedicated her life to teaching, loving and caring for Koko. May we all learn gentleness, kindness, and to be "polite," some of the many lessons Koko and Penny have shared with us.
Rest in peace, sweet Koko. I love you. #kokolove
