Get Out of Your Own Way | Subhana Barzaghi | Sydney MAD Monday
Propelled into her role as the first female Zen Buddhist and Insight Meditation teacher, Subhana Barzaghi didn’t have other women role models to help lead her way. She reflects on how she grew into the Zen Roshi role and her inner journey of facing her anxieties to find her authentic voice.
