NEW Vendor Recipe found!! - +1 to all Spell Gems of specific tag on spell weapons

New vendor recipes were added in 3.14 Ultimatum, and this is one of them!
This recipe works on WANDS, RUNE DAGGERS, STAVES and SCEPTRES.
By vendoring a white weapon together with gems that have a total of 40% quality with matching tags of a damage type (fire, lightning, cold, chaos or physical) you will get a +1 to all spell skill gems of that tag.
