On today’s episode of Murphys Diesel, Wrecker Rick and Mrs. Wrecker Rick pick up where they left you at the end of the last off-road recovery of the Ford F350 hanging off a cliff! https://youtu.be/I0uDv-qXBGE Now these two love birds are recovering a CanAm offroad that almost rolled off a cliff! Definitely a cliffhanger kind of day. This was supposed to be date night after a long offroad rescue and recovery day, now they will have to rain check date night. Thats ok! Wrecker Rick, Mrs. Wrecker Rick and HB (the worlds largest offroad wrecker) always enjoy a good off-road recovery. The cinder hills in Flagstaff Arizona always make for a good challenge. This CanAm rollover rescue at the top of the volcano of the cinder hills was extra challenging due to it being pitch black out this night. Nikki’s least favorite time for an offroad rescue is at night. We get it done and in record time! That rear steer and airbag suspension on HB really is handy! Our Ram 5500 custom build on 58 inch tires, HB, keeps earning his keep. Offroad wrecker builds are money consuming, time consuming and blood consuming. Never ending work as we’re always breaking something or finding ways to make it better. All worth it in the end! Thanks to Warrior Winch for providing us the best winches for HB and Baileys Towing Accessories for outfitting us with the synthetic rope and tycan chain. Those Yankum Ropes soft shackles came in for the win! Helping us protect the customers Can-Am from further damage.

Feeling like Matt’s Off-road Recovery when he rescued that side by side rolled over up in Utah a few months back. Speaking of Matt’s Off-road Recovery, who’s ready for the 2025 Off-road Games? We definitely are! Looking forward to the Wrecker Games portion of Matt’s Off-road Recovery Games 2025 in Sand Hollow Utah March 20-22, 2025. Can’t wait to get together with all the other awesome off-road wrecker YouTubers like Rory Irish with TrailMater Offroad Recovery, the G.O.A.T Eric over at BSF Recovery Team, and The Bearded Mechanic.
Maybe we will get to challenge HeavyDSparks to a tug of war again! We have been told by many of you that HeavyDSparks is building an offroad wrecker that is bigger than HB. If this is true, we hope to be able to go head to head with HeavyDSparks in Sand Hollow. However, we do not know who all is attending just yet. HeavyDSparks may not even show! Who knows what will happen this year! It’s guaranteed to be jam packed with action and fun for all.
Be sure to get your ticket early as they do go fast. Don’t forget a room early as I noticed they were selling fast due to Matt's Offroad Recovery Games! This year is supposed to be the largest turn out yet. We will have a vendor booth and merchandise in the vendor area. Come meet the Murphys Diesel crew and see all the off-road wreckers and other recovery rigs.
