Her Majesty's Ship Queen Elizabeth was visiting Annapolis and anchored in the Chesapeake Bay from November 19 through November 22, 2019

On November 21, a group of people (including media) were being taken out the ship. On the ship that day was an event called Atlantic Future Now, being held for US and UK senior military personnel, as well as defense contractors, to see some of the latest military technology/capability, take tours of the aircraft carrier, and participate in panel discussions and keynote speeches related to defense/space.

In the jet-powered suit is Richard Browning, a former Royal Marine and founder of Gravity Industries, which designs and builds jet suits.
