Sweet Potatoes 900g
Water 1 1/2cups
Coconut milk 1cup (Not too thick. I used Maggie coconut milk powder 2 tbsp with 1cup of water)
Roasted curry powder 2 1/2tsp
Salt as needed
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Onions 4tbsp
Pandan leaves
Curry leaves
Cinnamon
Garlic 2tbsp
Ginger 2tbsp
Green chillie 1
