Jolly King Charles Quips Scottish Weather

King Charles was in a jolly mood on Saturday, as he joked with students at the new rural farming skills centre in Cummock, Scotland.

When asked by His Majesty if they enjoyed being outside, the students replied yes, to which the King quicky quipped "despite the weather!".
