WILDASLIFE NATURE FILMS: Bearded Vulture vs Golden Eagle aerial ballet

A young Golden Eagle soaring and hunting along a rock face in the French Alps. It is high on a rock face in a territory defended by a pair of Bearded Vultures or Lammergeiers as they are also known. The slope I am filming on is slippery, steep and sadly I had a very lightweight fluid head and tripod so panning was extremely difficult and the results are not as good as I would wish for, but I shall be returning in the near future with a heavier fluid head and legs, and hopefully an Arri Amira, with a 35mm 4k sensor, which really will do these beautiful birds of prey the justice they deserve.
