THE BEST OF THE EXUMAS

Like everybody else, COVID has limited my flying drastically and I decided to put together a little 13 minutes movie with the Best of the Exumas footage, I shot over the years.The Bahamas border has been mostly closed to travelers this year and I miss flying there almost every month like I do in a normal year. I have traveled in many parts of the world and I can say that the Exuma chain of islands is one the the most stunning aquatic landscape on earth.
I hope this will put a little of sunshine in your life during these challenging times.

For the pilots
It’s been a year since you've last heard from me… mostly because our beautiful Cheyenne IIXL was selected by GENESYS AUTOPILOT as a platform to certify their new digital autopilot 3100 for all Cheyennes I & II and all Navajo’s. One word… EXCEPTIONAL! It was a long process that lasted several months, but it is a game changer for its envelop protection system, reliability and precision; especially as a single pilot in IFR conditions. It also allowed complete communication between all the GARMIN computers and the A/P. I was finally able to get rid of all the old gage instruments and create a beautiful/efficient 21st century cockpit. You will see the new version at the 2’ 9" minutes marker.
