WOW! Guy falls asleep standing up on the alley! How it's possible?

I don't want to seem rude or something about that guy, maybe he just had a really hard day but I've just never seen anything like that before, I was sitting in my truck smoking sig when saw that guy went outside to throw away garbage then stood for a few secs not moving after that just fell asleep standing up, let me know in comments guys what you think about that, cmon how it's possible?
