Don't Fall For This Classic Car Auction Website Scam!

Saw a news story from WMAR in Baltimore about a website called Reposmaxcomp that had been created just a month ago and seems to have scammed unsuspecting car buyers out of thousands of dollars. The website was taken down after victims began contacting authorities and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The couple interviewed in the story had thought they were purchasing a classic 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 in addition to a late model Ford Mustang GT.

In this video I give some insight from my decades of buying and selling cars online and offer tips for identifying these scams. This most likely won't be the last time this type of scam pops up.
