Homeless Man Fights Police, resists arrest, gets beat - Santa Monica

Video from Saturday night of two SMPD officers using force to arrest a homeless who was resisting arrest after spitting on one of the officers and throw a cup of liquid at him. This happened 1 block north of the famous Santa Monica Pier at an apartment complex. The security guard had called the police after the homeless man refused to leave the property and was being disruptive.
