From Toronto's chief planner to its mayor? It would be a first, and that's exactly what Jennifer Keesmaat is trying to do. After the Ontario government abruptly overhauled Toronto's city council this summer, she jumped into what many had expected to be a sleepy race. It's now largely a two way contest between John Tory and her. Steve Paikin talks to Jennifer Keesmaat about her vision for the province's capital city.
