Prevent Heel Slippage and Black Toenails with this Runner's Tie!
There are several different ways to do a Runner's Tie. However, you want to get the most function from the tie. Dr. Sables shows you how to get the most out of the Runner's Tie.
The Runner's Tie does two main things:
1. Stops the foot from going forward. This helps prevent jammed toes and your toenails turning purple and black (bleeding underneath toe nails).
2. Helps prevent heel slippage or heel coming out of the back of the shoe.
ArchMasters is located in Middle Tennessee. Please call (615) 370-3000 for a complimentary consultation with Dr. Sables.
