Get Fit with Me in Loughborough University (Part 1)

Workout on the treadmill:
🌈5 min fast walk with 5.5 km/h
🌈10 min run with 9.5 km/h (you can do 5 min if 10 min is too much)
🌈 5 min fast walk with 5.5 km/h
repeat this 3 times (4 times if you're doing a 5 min run) as such:
5 min walk, 10 min run, 5 min walk, 10 min run, 5 min walk, 10 min run, 5 min walk
