Hoss Wheel Hoe https://hosstools.com/
For small farms and gardens manual sowing and small tools are more manageable, and can save money. Here's the Hoss Wheel Hoe being used to plant potatoes. This double-wheeled version, of the wheel hoe gives you added stability. Depending on the attachment, it allows for straddling a row when planting and when plants are small, so that you can work both sides of the row in one pass. This is an environmentally-friendly solution to cultivating and weeding your garden. It works in areas where a tractor or motorized tiller doesn't fit.

Paperpot Transplanter https://paperpot.co/
For transplanting seedlings in a small farm, this is the best solution. It saves your back and speeds up the process, while decreasing crop loss. The paperpot transplanter allows a single person to transplant 264 plants, covering over 85ft in just minutes. What used to take hours, now takes minutes.

Korean Seedling Transplanter https://www.terrateck.com/
A more cost effective transplanter is this Korean solution. Unfortunately it only works with loose soil, otherwise it will bend. Like the previous solution, this tool also saves your back, since you don't have to bend down at any point. Just push the pointed end into soft soil, drop the seedling, and pull the levers up. The spring mechanism should last for over 50,000 uses.

PowerPlanter Auger https://powerplanter.com/
If you need to transplant seedlings to stiff soil, you'll need a solution like the PowerPlant Auger. It's inexpensive and there's no need to till beforehand. It's fast and leaves loose soil that will be easy to mix and fertilize.

Pyroweeder https://farmersfriendllc.com/
Flame weeding is an organic way of killing weeds. The goal is not to burn up the weeds, but to destroy plant tissue so that the weed dies. The flames kill the above ground portion of the weed. And the roots eventually die from the lack of photosynthesis. The Pyroweeder is a walk-behind propane weeder. Farmer's Friend came up with this device because customers were asking for a unit on wheels so they wouldn’t have to carry the propane tank.

Before weeding, it is recommended tilling the soil early and letting the weeds start to grow, then burning them when they are still small. If there is time for two burns, that’s even better in order to eliminate the majority of weed pressure. The Pyroweeder is designed to straddle a 30-inch bed. With an offset and reversible handle, the operator can walk in a path next to the row to avoid compacting the soil bed. Typically the Pyroweeder is used by gardeners with 1 to 5 acres.

Rollerhook https://www.johnnyseeds.com/
This other clever solution is for tomato growers, it uses roller hooks to keep the plants extended.

Babyleaf Harvester https://www.terrateck.com/
The Terrateck babyleaf harvester was designed for the daily picking of crops of lettuce, green salad, purslane, spinach, etc. To be more cost effective, it is drill powered. The 114 centimeter-wide cutter bar cuts the vegetation cleanly and precisely. The cutter bar and pick-up reel height can be adjustable according to the height of the vegetation, the height of the strip, and the cutting height.

Flame Weed Wand http://www.thermalweedcontrol.com/
For more precise weeding, there's the Weed Wand. It is less wasteful than the Pyroweeder, when weeding small patches or narrow rows. But the problem with this is that you'll have to carry the propane tank on your back.
