Alright everyone, as you know I have a series going on now where I talk about Unemployment Benefits. Especially mine and the continuous hassle i've been going through with TWC...

Here is a small snippet of the Appeal Hearing on April 17, 2020. I had the hearing officer Zacharias and the company I was working for was Central Home Health Services of Texas.
This home health agency that hires HHA (Home Health Aids). From 6/14/19 to 01/09/20.

HHA = a trained and certified health-care worker who provides assistance to a patient in the home with personal care (as hygiene and exercise) and light household duties (as meal preparation) and who monitors the patient's condition.

I worked for my stepfather that was my mother's husband. My mother and him are getting a divorce so I no longer work for him. Central Home Health offered me 2 positions that I could not take due to me not having transportation. When the TWC representative and Hearing officer called... they said it was not a valid reason and I restricted myself from receiving more work... 😑. Why would I want to work for a company that does ish like this and would not want me to win my unemployment benefits?! Now that you're caught up, comment and let me know if you have or had any issues with unemployment.
