So I wasn't 100% happy with my first Joyo Zombie video. Between the song choice and the achieved tone, I felt that head wasn't really given a proper demo. This time around, I went for a more modern gain approach with "The Deceived" by Trivium, using a little more gain as well as the Precision Drive by Horizon Devices to push the amp the entire time.

I'm using my new LTD Okkultist (it still has dirt of the damn fretboard) with Seymour Duncan Blackout pickups running into the same 3 Sigma Audio Impulsive (http://www.3sigmaaudio.com/impulsive/). However this time, I'm only using 1 of the Ola Englund Impulse Responses (Condenser 3) and using the built-in High Pass / Low Pass filters in Impulsive (I figured out you just need to double click the little colored circles to active the filters lol).

Tonally, this amp just needs more mids. I really needed to add a mid eq boost in post to get the tracks to stand out a little. There's just a LOT of scoop chug in this amp's circuitry. Not that it's a bad thing, BUT it does become very thin in a mix if you don't add mids. I'm overall much happier with how this video turned out.
