To Life (May) from the album TiLT

Every month for the next 12 I’ll be releasing a track from my new album “TILT” inspired by the seasons and the cycle of the year. I wrote each track during the season it was inspired by, weaving in field recordings from around where I live.

May, Beltane - ‘To Life’

This is all about May and Beltane . Based around the very old
Song Sumer Is Acumin In with field recordings of May sounds in North Norfolk and the vocals are sampled from the last line of the April song ‘Something New’ from the same album.
