Governor Whitmer Lawsuit Michigan Supreme Court Explained

There do not seem to be many accurate news stories on the heart of the issue currently making it's way through the courts.
There is one lawsuit in Federal Court, and another that started in the Michigan Court of Claims and they are about to intersect at the Michigan Supreme Court, with oral arguments scheduled for September 2, 2020.
