Hey hey hey it's your travel buddy, Travel with Ruby. Maldives was one of our very first few trip when we were still in a long distance relationship. It was such a dreamy trip, surreal as we have always dreamed of traveling to Maldives and we did. Unfortunately the weather was a bit gloomy, but thankfully not the entire stay. I was also fortunate to get a really great rate for a 5 star resort. I wished I had the video of us getting the spa and massage as truly that was the highlight of our Maldives trip at least for me apart from the snorkeling part.

We did not have to do a tour or something because their resort itself had their own reef and getting an access to the other sister resort was a plus.

We stayed at Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru , it was a lovely resort.
